PASS RULES
Family includes:
- Partner of a road menial, whether earning or not.
- Son(s) who have not attained the age of 21 years and are wholly dependent on the road menial.
- Son(s) of the age of 21 and above who are:
- Bonafide scholars of any recognized educational institution.
- Engaged in any exploration work and do not get any education/paycheck.
- Working as an articled clerk under the Chartered Accountant.
- Invalid, on the applicable instrument from Railway Doctor.
- Unattached daughters of any age, whether earning or not.
- Widowed daughters, provided they are wholly dependent on the Railway Servant.
- Fairly separated son who is dependent on the Railway menial.
Dependent relative when father is not alive includes:
- Mama, including a separated mama.
- Unmarried or widowed family.
- Family/stepfamily under twenty-one years of age, provided he resides with and is wholly dependent on the Railway menial.
- Invalid family of any age.
- The family who has attained the age of twenty-one years and is a bona fide pupil of an honored educational institution.
Guardian means an adult family member or a dependent relative or paid nanny a nurse or an attendant.
Attendant means a person simply employed on payment in the particular service of a road menial. Read more...
